The Terms and Conditions of our Websites and this Privacy Policy do not bind such a third party and we urge you to familiarize yourself with the individual privacy and other terms for each linked site prior to submitting your Information to such sites.

Data Breach and Breach Notification

A data breach is an incident in which sensitive, protected or confidential data has potentially been viewed, stolen or used by an individual unauthorized to do so. Data breaches may involve personal health information (PHI), personally identifiable information (PII), corporate intellectual property or sensitive customer data.

From time to time, we may contact users by email newsletters.  Our emails will provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners when you subscribe to our newsletter. You can always opt-out from receiving emails from us.
